This energy efficiency report provided Anchorage Municipal Light and Power with three alternatives for electric utility EE programs. Research determined the funding amounts necessary to develop and operate each of these programs for the utility's customers. The report describes three portfolios of energy efficiency programs, each ensuring that all classes of customers are served.

• Portfolio #1: Limited programs with a small budget.
• Portfolio #2: Expanded programs includes retro-commissioning.
• Portfolio #3: A comprehensive, aggressive suite of programs.

Solari’s role: organize the report for maximum impact; design and format the report; rewrite, revise, and edit the text; format tables of data for clarity; include representative graphics to clarify comparison of the three portfolios. And, of course, deliver the report within the deadline.
